房間乾淨，鄰近超多店舖/餐廳。 有位載眼鏡的女職員很熱情，每次經過都會跟我停打招呼 說一兩句話。因為去下龍灣，行李寄存了幾天，回來後 職員已經記得我們 還把行李放到我們新房間！👍 唯一缺點是位於車子到達不到門口的小巷，所以call車 記得走去大馬路方向call車

Located in the ally in the center of old quarter. Very close to the Cathedral, HoanKiem lake and shopping area. So easy to find delicious local food. The hotel is very clean. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Very good services.

The cutest little boutique hotel down a sketchy alleys in the old quarter. So not let the location fool you. This place is sooo cute. Staff is super attentive. Great breakfast and rooftop to sit on. The beds were VERY comfortable. Ten out of ten for us.

Great location close to the action but still fairly quiet. You do have to walk from the main road down a copy of short allied but it is a short and nice walk. Going back to Hanoi at the end of the month and will be looking to stay here again. Breakfast on the top floor was lovely too.

This was my first trip to Hanoi, and I feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful hotel. The room was clean and elegant, and the air conditioning was very comfortable. The hotel staff were also warm, friendly, and welcoming. The location is excellent as well. Hoan Kiem Lake and St. Joseph’s Cathedral are both just a few minutes away on foot, and there are plenty of popular restaurants and massage shops nearby. I had a very pleasant stay here, and I would definitely love to stay again the next time I visit Hanoi!

What a wonderful stay, we had 7 nights and everything was lovely. The staff were delightful and incredibly hospitable. It’s incredibly well located but initially a little tricky to find as it’s down two alleyways so when navigating I recommend navigating your Taxi to the nearest entryway to the alley and not the hotel itself. The morning breakfast was sufficient and the staff offer to make you eggs any way you like or you can have the option of Pho. Would definitely stay here again.

전체적으로 좋았구요. 첫날 바닥에 살짝 이물질이 있는 느낌이었어요. 그 외에는 좋았습니다. 일단 위치가 좋아서 그랩 탈일이 없습니다. 심지어 롯데마트갈때도 버스타고 가기에 편했습니다. 가성비 호텔로 추천합니다.

The hotel is conveniently located just a five-minute walk from the Big Church. While the location is excellent, the entrance is situated in a narrow, somewhat dirty alleyway that is very dark at night, which creates an unpleasant impression. Parking is not possible right outside the entrance. The hotel itself is a bit dated, though the staff are wonderful and helpful.
