Location was good especially if you are going for Oktoberfest (which I was not) only a short walk from the main train station. Room was clean, bed comfy & if it had not been for an over enthusiastic housekeeping team who took away all my stuff, it would have got top marks. The support team got this issue resolved & my gear was returned after 2 hours. I guess this is the only problem with not having staff permanently onsite!

Lugar limpo, localização boa., porém o aendimento ruim. Deixamos as bagagens após o check out, conforme combinado, autorizado. Na retirada o código havia sido cancelado, nenhum funcionário no local, whats demorou mais de uma hora para responder, nos passaram o cód errado. Por sorte, após muitas explicações um hóspede abriu a sala de bagagens com seu código. Apavorante...quase perdemos o trem para Hamburgo, sem contar o estresse , éramos um casal e dois filhos.
