There were multiple stains on the floor on the hallways (looked like pet urine), on the floor in the bathroom, and on the curtains and comforters. Parking did not feel comfortable.

Accessing the property was efficient and easy. I enjoyed the quietness. The room was cozy and clean but the bed was so uncomfortable- too firm. This was my second time staying here. There were nearby restaurants and a Kroger about 5 minute walking distance. I would stay again.

Checkin was confusing with limited communication. I received an email stating I could sign up for early checkin using a link, when I clicked the link, it just took me to the main Soundry page that has information on parking, wifi, etc. I called the number on hotels.com, and it was an inactive number. I found a different number, and it rang a few times then stopped. I eventually got ahold of their 24/7 customer service and inquired about checkin because it was 2 days prior and I had not received instruction, a code, etc and asked about early checkin. I was then told they were completely booked and couldn't do early check-in, which was frustrating because I received an email stating this was an option. I still did not receive any checkin code until exactly 4pm, after calling a third time. When I got to my room it was ready, which leads me to believe I could have gotten a text early but only received it because I followed up several times. The room and amenities were fine but do not expect to have access to unit early because even if it is ready, it does not appear they contact you.

Check in could’ve been a bit smoother. The website states early check in is an option, but the option to select early check in is not listed. I had to speak with someone on site about it, after having to call multiple times to reach someone on the phone. The website also states luggage can be dropped off if arriving before check in, but I was told on the phone it was no longer an option. The person on site however, told me differently. There just seems to be a lot of communication errors with the on site staff and the virtual staff and it made arrival a little stressful. Overall our stay was pleasant.

Nice place, great room, walking distance to several restaurants, coffee shops, and Kroger. Fast and easy arrival if you are logging the info in various email messages. I had read a review about pillows being too fat (overstuffed) and quilt being too warm. I agree. I sent a message in advance asking about alternatives, no answer provided. 🙁 Beyond that, all good.

It was a cool stay once we figured out how to get the heat working in the room! The hallways smelt great and the room was clean. There were also a couple of stores near by to make it easy for grabbing things you may have forgotten about.

Appreciated the pet friendly policy and streamlined process, however, it was a bit unclear that the code worked for the main door as well as the room. The floors especially in the room were not as clean as they could have been. It was quiet and comfortable... just a bit tight between bed and fridge etc. Would recommend/stay again.

IT WAS HORRIBLE - IT IS NOT A HOTEL, THERE IS NO STAFF, NO HOUSEKEEPING, FRONT OFFICE - ANYONE - TO CALL FOR HELP. THERE WERE NO SHEETS ON THE PULLOUT SOFA BED, ONLY ONE BLANKET, NO EXTRA TOWELS, ZERO AMENITIES - AND NO ONE TO EVEN CALL TO HELP. IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD & WE HAD TO LEAVE & GO TO ANOTHER HOTEL. THE WORST PART IS - IT'S NOT EVEN LISTED LIKE THIS ON THE HOTELS.COM APP. HORRIBLE..

The property is exactly as stated. There is no staff to assist you, but they were very attentive to our messages for assistance. The room could have been cleaned better. One bed had clean sheets, the other did not. You could not use the refrigerator because the doors were hinged in the wrong direction so that the doors would not open without damaging the fridge or the wall which it was opening towards. Access to our room was easy once you got the code and the amenities were good. I would stay here again if I needed to travel to Nashville.
