We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The location was perfect to explore Rome on foot. The design of the room was beautiful, but a rack to hang winter coats and longer garments near the entry to the room would be practical, as the closet was small. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again!

It took us a few minutes to find the hotel and they send you a code via whatsapp to get into the hotel. The room was lovely, spacious and very clean! If i was to come back to rome i would 100% stay here again. The room was quiet and we never heard any noise from anyone else. The staff were polite and friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay here - a great location and the rooms were beautiful. We had a bit of a delay as our check-in instructions weren't provided to us in advance (despite my advance warning of our late arrival via Hotels.com chat) so we arrived in the early morning having to wait and unsure if we would be let in..! However once we got in, Michael, the man we dealt with in person during our stay, was absolutely lovely and so helpful. Would recommend to anyone!

This hotel is super clean and well maintained. The entrance is a secret passageway from an unmarked door, but it felt very secure and discreet, just off the main tourist drag. Note: We needed to walk up a flight of stairs or two on the way in, and I did not see any lift for wheelchair access. The room was incredibly quiet from all of the noise outside. Very modern and well laid out room. Great water pressure and hot water in the shower. The bed was really comfortable! Michael runs the property fantastically and it was a pleasure to stay at this hotel. I would definitely recommend to anyone else staying in central Rome. It is also close to the metro so you can take the Trenitalia express from the airport to get near the hotel.

Location is great, rooms are ok- missing some very basic things like a place to put your suitcase or any to put things in the bathroom. Shower was tepid and drain was backed up. AC was weak. There is zero signage street side to indicate that the hotel exists. Staff was almost non existent- we booked a few hours before arrival and never received an email withebthe door code to enter, just happened to run into one of the desk clerks as he was leaving.

Best stay in Rome. Would go back every time! WiFi was a little in and out but not a deterrent at all. My only suggestion is. Being a brand new hotel and super modern etc the door locks are old school and truly an issue as you can only lock the door when inside with a key ? Makes no sense and actually a fire hazard! Each fix. Use hotel style tap to enter and auto lock when inside. They already have a key card for the electrical system.

The hotel is not operational, it shouldn’t be open yet. We were met downstairs by a staff with a bucket and broom. They put us in a room right next to the check in desk, quite literally one step away, we could hear all people checking in&out. There is no system in place, they check you in on their phone. There’s still work happening -painting, drilling, tools everywhere. AC is not operational, I opened the window at night because it was so hot just for someone to go outside for a smoke and have all that air in my room. The hotel should not be advertised as fully open, there’s still so much work to be done and the the best part is - the entrance is through a long and dark hallway with uneven stairs, I fully sprained my ankle and ended up in the ER and the hotel is still not offering a refund. I’m very disappointed by my experience.

Når man ankommer går man ind i en lejlighedsopgang, hvor det første man møder er skraldespande. Man skulle op af en smal slidt trappe, for at komme op til hotellets indgang med kode. Værelserne er relativ ny renoveret, men allerede lidt slidt og ikke så høj kvalitet. En af morgenerne vågnede vi af personalet / andre gæster, da det var tynde døre, hvor lys og lyden trak igennem. Aircondition virkede ikke på værelset. Vi fik af vide vi bare kunne åbne vinduet. TV virkede heller ikke. Da vi ankom var der ikke personale i receptionen men stakke med toiletpapir. Vi skulle finde personalet på eget initiativ inde på diverse værelser ved check-in og check-ud. Overordnet set et besøg der desværre ikke levede op til forventningerne ift hvad de slår sig op på. Måske de skal være mere transparente ift hvad man kan forvente.
