В целом, отель хороший. Нравилось отдыхать у бассейна, до пляжа недалеко, улица спокойная, тишина во дворе, есть мини-кухня и отличная ванная комната. Много пространства, есть 2 рабочих места, есть кофемашина в номере. Завтраки были хорошие. Минусы: не было семейного номера, дополнительно нам поставили маленькую раскладушку неудобную (в других отелях были комфортные большие раскладушки-кровати). В номере мало света, на балкон выходить совсем не хотелось, так как условно на расстоянии вытянутой руки были другие номера и вся семейная чужая жизнь открывается, как на ладони. В самом отеле есть много мест, где плесень повсюду. В номере плесень была только на потолке, совсем чуть-чуть, но запах сырости и плесени каждый раз, как только возвращаешься в номер с прогулки. Иногда был сильный запах канализации из ванной комнаты. В целом, останавливались там только потому, что не было хороших альтернатив. За такую стоимость есть варианты лучше. На следующую неделю после этого отеля останавливались в серф блю ката - разница колоссальная и по цене и по качеству.

Well located sort walk to bars and restaurants and 10-15 mins walk to the beach. The staff was nice and they have a Tuk Tuk that will drop you off at the beach. The hotel could use some renovations as there was visible wall damage in the hallway. My room did not have outdoor facing window.

Tutto quello che ci serviva!

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana al Capannina. Il proprietario Mario sempre cortese e disponibile per qualsiasi consiglio o problema. Per quanto riguarda la camera tutto ok come da descrizione hotel. La colazione alla mattina basta chiedere e ti fanno di tutto.Tuc Tuc al bisogno per il trasporto sia per la spiaggia che per il ristorante in centro. Personalmente consiglierei a tutti questo hotel come punto di partenza per il soggiorno in Thailandia. Noi sicuro ci ritorneremo. Grazie di tutto ancora!!

The room was beautiful and spacious and the location was great. The staff was very kind. The wifi was not good at all, and went the last 2 days of our trip without being able to access it. During our stay brown stinky water started pouring from our bathroom tap. I told the front desk but nothing was ever done about it. Luckily the tap in the kitchenette seemed unaffected so we were able to use that, but the brown water was very off-putting and made the whole room smell.

Comfortable, good location, but unpleasant staff

Nice hotel but staff unwilling to help if any request (I guess it's something common in Phuket!?). They cleaned the room only on our day of departure (useless for us then). However, the restaurants is very good and they provide free towel for the beach. The bed is really comfortable and the rooms are big. The location is good too. Generally the stay was ok but the staff could be a bit more smiley!!

Ingen vinduer. Ingen Wifi.

Vi ankom sent aften. Det var ejeren der selv tog imod. Han kunne ikke finde vores booking. Efter nogen venten. Sagde han i får et værelse nu, men i morgen skal i flytte værelse. Det værelse vi fik var ikke stort men ok. Næste dag flyttede de os så til et lille ilde lugtende rum uden vinduer. For vi havde kun bestilt standard værelse ! Ingen steder har vi kunne se eller er blevet gjort opmærksom på , at standard værelser var uden vinduer. Wifi virkede overhovedet ikke. Vi fik flere gange at vide ! Der kommer en og kikker på det ! Den sidste dag slet ingen vand . Så vi kunne hverken bade eller bruge toilet .

We stayed 10 days at the hotel.it was a nice pleasant hotel although the safes in mine and my friends room didn't work correctly. Although they said they would sort it they didn't. They did give us a key to use instead of combination lock.the location of the hotel is good.close to everything. Gary Hague

Man var ikke klar over vi kom. Værelset og hotel slidt og støvet støvet. Kun 1 stk personale., og det var rengøringsdamen. Hun stod for alt.lavede morgen mad til os, som vi havde forudbetalt hj. fra. Restaurant var lukket. Poolen var grøn af alger.Følte vi kom på et lukket Hotel.

Trivsamt hotell på en lugn återvändsgata!

Hotellet ligger på en lugn återvändsgata och ligger endast 10 minuters promenad från stranden. Poolen på taket var toppen! Hotellets wifi fungerade dåligt förutom uppe vid poolen och i restaurangen. På rummet var det dålig täckning.

Уютный маленький отель в тихом месте, находится в тупичке, нет шума дорог и баров. Жил в номере с окнами на улицу, номер достаточно просторный, холодильник с маленькой морозилкой, можно морозить лед для напитков(есть форма для льда), завтраки готовят для каждого гостя отдельно, круассаны для завтрака выпекают тут же в ресторане отеля ночью, бассейн на крыше маленький, но для легкой плавательной разминки подходит, есть лифт, багаж легко доставить. Ранний заезд в 8-30 утра прошел без проблем, ключи и анкеты уже лежали на стойке, за пару минут сотрудник отеля снял копии с документов и проводил в номер, выезд в 4-30 утра занял еще меньше времени, забрали ключ и проверили счета за номер. На стойке ресепшен сотрудников нет, все сотрудники в ресторане отеля, но все проблемы быстро решают, если ключ электронный от номера например не работал. Не хватало только двух вещей: вешалок или крючков для полотенец в ванной комнате и горячей воды в умывальнике(в душе вода горячая есть всегда, а умывальник подключен только к холодной), из-за чего ежедневное бритье было не самой приятной процедурой.На Пхукете был 4 раз, отель попал в список отелей, куда можно вернуться.

De hartelijkheid is ver te zoeken hier. Kamers worden slecht schoon gemaakt. Sanitair is zichtbaar vuil. De eigenaar is zelf nog wel gastvrij. Lakens zijn te klein en passen net onder matras. 1x was kamer niet eens gedaan, pas na vragen om 16.00 uur. Badkamer is ouderwets. Hotel zelf ziet er veroudert uit.

Familie hotel ! Met Italianse atmosphaere

hotel in Italians beheer, vriendelijke ,verzorgende mensen Thai / Italian Swimmingpool / weerlpool op het dak met al comfort. Voor 50 Euro de nacht incl superdeluxe ontbijt voor deze buurt eerg aan te raaden. .

2 nuits de qualité dans un hotel très correct. Abordable et de qualité comparer a d'autres. Je viens de séjourner 1 mois en thailande en changeant en moyenne tout les 2 jours d'hôtels. Celui je les pris mes 2 dernier jours et jen suis très content. Merci

Aufenthalt nur drei Nächte

Die Klimaanlage ist viel zu laut dass man kaum ruhig schlafen kann. Das Frühstück geht überhaupt nicht, man bekommt ein Kaffee ein paar fettig Crossaint und Marmelade. Vielleicht ist das in der Hauptreisezeit anders.

Nice stay and good quiet location. Breakfast area was a bit dark, hot and depressing and facilities weren't the greatest, but free breakfast so cant complain too much.

Небольшой отель с отличным бассейном на крыше и замечательным завтраком, к которому подают свеже приготовленный кофе Illy(который на мой взгляд идеально подходит для латте и капучино). Кровать была немного жестковата, зато из трех подушек смог выбрать оптимальную для себя. В низкий сезон отель порадовал очень привлекательной ценой за номер. При отеле есть итальянский ресторан. В общем, если он вписываеться в ваш бюджет - смело рекомендую.

Little hotel with personal service.

A little hard to find but after calling, they sent a driver to meet us. The poolside rooms on the roof were very hot, but after complaining, they cleaned the aircon filters and gave me an extra room key so I could leave the aircon switched on when I left the room. The staff couldn't do enough to please us, even swapping rooms three times due to minor issues.
