Maybe I should have read the reviews for this property, but when I arrived I felt like I was checking into the Bates Motel. Had to knock on the door to the office to check in then went to my room. Room had no typical amenities such as an iron, a hair dryer, ice bucket, cups, coffee maker, etc. Very loud outside all night and also someone blasting music at 4 am in another room. Overall, the exterior of the property was in disrepair and very tired.

The smell as you walk into the lobby is the first clue not to stay there. I checked in and when i was walking to my car to get my bags a gentleman stopped me who had stayed for a week and said you do not wavy to stat here. The bugs are over taking over, the bedding is old and not clean the pillows have a smell you won't ever get out of you nose. With that information I simply went one block away and booked the Best Western and didn't even ask for a refund. I'm so glad with my decision not to stay there.

The hotel key didn’t work. Tried several times and got another key and the same. Finally they moved me to another room. The water didn’t not work. Finally they told me to turn it on at the sink and toilet. The toilet would fill but water would continue to run so I turned off.When I went to flush toilet the flapper and handle would not work. Parking are has holes and bumps. Maybe there still remodeling but keep it closed til the repairs are made. It looks nothing like the picture on line.

The room was dirty with stains and substances on the wall and shower. The sheets did not appear clean. There was no hot water for the shower which was awkward in its set up. The room smelled of cannabis and room freshener. The AC did not work 100% and was musty. It was not clean at all and for the price I expected better.

the room smelled like something had died, the wifi didn't function. fixtures were broken. the swimming pool was empty and had trash around it. you should take this motel off your web site. the desk clerk said I would get a refund but they didn't.

If you like goatheads and sticker burrs come here. They grow in the middle of the sidewalk and attach to grandpas clothes for his pleasure when getting dressed for the next day. The pool is dry and has leaves at the bottom. I will say the sheets are nice and soft and the comforters are also nice. The property has seemingly just changed hands and they seem to be trying to get it together, but if you have children or elderly or standards, this is not the place. Not returning.

The property was dirty and there were holes in the curtains covered with masking tape. You could tell the walls and floors hadnt been cleaned thoroughly in a long time.
