因為原本預定的房間有點駭人, 臨時換酒店, 所以預定最後一間沒窗房間, 但令人喜出望外; 酒店是靜中帶旺, 去還劍湖、火車咖啡街約步行10分鐘, 下次到河內會再入住. 職員很好, 很熱心、令人賓至如歸, 我們是早機回航, 可以提前告知酒店, 他們可以準備早餐外帶; 早餐是半自助, 有水準、好吃; 每天都有迎賓水果; 除了客房沐浴間去水有點問題, 會有積水, 其他一切都很好

We had they most lovely stay at Hotel du Lac Signature. It’s in a great location right in the centre of the Old Quarter, and still just a few minutes away from Train Street. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. A special mention to Hotel Manager Thomas, who helped us sort out our return flight when it got cancelled, we really appreciated that. Every single staffs are super helpful as well, you can tell they genuinely care, and it made a huge difference to our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, and I especially loved the subtle scent throughout. We’re a family of five and stayed in interconnecting rooms, both rooms were spotless, with comfortable furniture, great air conditioning, really comfy bed and bedding, nice bathrooms. Everything was very well looked after. The restaurant was also great. Breakfast had plenty of choice and the service was excellent. We had dinner one evening, food choice not massive but it's everything we wanted, and all are absolutely delicious. We’d definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We stayed for a couple of nights here and this hotel deserves it plaudits. The hotel is immaculate and clean but what makes it are the staff. They were attentive, gave us good advice on our onward journey and, when one of my party felt poorly, offered to bring tea and soup to our room. That is great service. We used some of the facilities during our stay including the pool and sky lounge. The pool is more than sufficient for a layover trip and the cocktails and view in the sky lounge were great. There were a few bugs flying about though. Thanks. Much credit to the staff.

Very nice and beautiful hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom with soaking tub was luxurious. With 2 kids, I greatly appreciated the powerful hairdryer in the room!! The complimentary breakfast buffet had delicious food (the pho bo was delicious) with fresh juice and fresh fruits. The staff were very generous. Huge thank you to General Manager Thomas and staff Aiden for their generosity and kindness during our stay. Hope to stay here again!!!

Very professional and detail-oriented staff. Rose, the manager, went above and beyond her duties to ensure my stay—and even my transportation to the airport—was seamlessly arranged.
