Hidden gem!!! Initially, I was concerned about the area but the lodging was a huge surprise to me. Gated parking, exceptionally clean and bright room, staff who went out of their way to assist me, and quiet even though we were right off a Main Street. Will be staying here again the next time I come into the area.

Nice room. Everything was basically brand new. Really appreciate the front gate cause the immediate area is not the greatest. But overall excellent for the price and would stay again.

Parking is secure. Room seems newly remodeled. Mostly clean. My only complaint is that it was noisy at all hours of the night which woke me up. I stayed on a weekend so this may be less of an issue during the week.

Had to be in the neighborhood for two weeks and this was a perfect place to park myself. Very restful, clean, recently renovated. The kitchenette was handy (two hobs, one microwave, full size fridge) but you have to request cookware and there are no dishes or utensils so you need to bring your own. Housekeeping was also on request. Bed was super comfortable and gigantic. The immediate neighborhood is hardly a destination but there are some really good Asian restaurants practically next door, and two minutes by car down the road are a slew of mostly Vietnamese restaurants and shops with cheap excellent food. Parking is behind a gate with a code so it felt safe.

The lady of that was very rude. They accused me of smoking in the hotel. I asked her to replay the cameras. Charge me $200 when I pay for everything pre-booking.

I give top marks for cleanliness. However, there was no hair dryer and no coffee maker when I arrived. The night manager was able to bring me an hair dryer and said it just hadn’t been installed yet. So maybe it was just my room. The shower was spacious but has no little shelf to put your shampoo and soap and the bathroom door hit the toilet so it wouldn’t open all the way. The full size fridge was nice though. Especially if you’re staying for more than a couple nights.

Newly renovated, which is great. Closed gated parking. Service was ideal. Room was new, so floors were a little dirty and furnishes needed a few finishing touches and/or additions would be very helpful - a small shelf in the shower for soap and shampoo, towel rack, toilet paper fixture, hangers in the closet, handles on the drawers, alarm clock - little stuff like that. Comfortable bed and pillows, enough space with layout. Other rooms are being renovated, so a lot of potential here. Very close to being a 5-star experience.

This is in the Florin neighborhood in the southern part of Sacramento. The immediate neighborhood is sort of desolate. But it's convenient to a lot of great cheap restaurants, and the hotel itself seems safe. There is a gated entrance for cars, where you need to punch in a code to enter. The parking lot is clean and has spaces for all guests. The rooms are newly renovated, painted white, with spacious showers. The kitchenette includes a full-size fridge, a microwave, sink, and an induction hob with two burners, but oddly no dishes or utensils. I requested cookware and got a small pot and frying pan, cooking spoon and spatula, but I was told they didn't provide plates, glasses, etc. (There's a WalMart a quick drive away.) Bed is large and comfortable. Towels are cheap and mine weren't that clean the first night, but I got them replaced. Air conditioning works but is extremely loud. Staff at the front are friendly and have always been available when I rang. There is noise from other guests; I could hear the upstairs person dashing around very late, and the parking lot noise was loud and clear, so bring earplugs if that's going to bother you.
