Hotel is gorgeous and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Pet friendly! The location was great, walking distance to everything. Be careful with parking tho, they charge $28 for parking..but we were able to find cheaper lots close by. After checking out we noticed they still charged us for parking. The issue was resolved quickly however by their staff. I would definitely stay here again

We enjoyed our stay at the newly opened Tempo by Hilton. The rooms were nice and clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The location was walking distance to so many local restaurants and historic sites in Savannah. Lives the 3 water options by the front desk. All you need is your water bottle. We will be back:

I will rate the hotel 5 stars. The only complaint I have are that the front desk person was asleep at the front desk when I went down in the early morning to look for the gym as well as the cost to park. Not sure if that was consistent with the other area hotels, but it was enough to catch my attention. But other than that, a good property, very centrally located with all the things you would expect.

The hotel is beautiful. I Shocked that it’s only listed as a 3 *. It should be a 4 star hotel. It’s immaculate. Breakfast choices in the hotel were good. The room was spacious. The shower had amazing pressure and the hotel is 4 weeks old. I would highly recommend. It is close to highlights in Savannah and very close to the convention center. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was in a great location! It was clean and up to date. Staff was super friendly. Rooms were very spacious! My only complaint was the a/c was super squeaky and loud when it kicked on. Maybe it was just our room.

The roof top bar was nice and the gym also fantastic. The water pressure was good with a good range on water temperature. This was definitely necessary after a long day of travel! the bedding and pillow cases were clean. The ladies at the desk were helpful with finding places to go to and holding our luggage at check out until we left for our plane later that day. The cafe attached was delicious! I much preferred this to the VRBO I had been at.

Beautiful hotel, everything was great except the sleep. You could hear the cars outside and the AC was super loud whenever it came on. Otherwise our stay was great.

I loved the welcoming vibes/energy from the entire staff as soon as we pulled up to the valet entrance throughout the hotel to the front desk. My wifey and I made history being the 1st one in room 220 (new hotel/2nd day of being open) as well as the street address being 220. The entire experience here was priceless, meaning Hotel Tempo is off to a award winning start!!!!

Great location! New and beautiful property. Loud AC was a problem. Staff attempted to fix and then to move us to other rooms. Unfortunately, all rooms had the same loud AC. Helpful staff!

Hotel is new. The AC in the room was loud and the shower had a loud noise in the wall at times. Some of the front desk was very helpful. Housekeeping was mediocre. He just made the bed qnd left clean towels- no sweeping or wiping. Great location.

Did not come clean the room until after the 2nd night. No ice machines. Beds were very comfortable and pillows. Very limited drinks to purchase - only 1 coke zero for 4 days.

It had only been open for 2 days so a few little hiccups no wine on Friday night, Wi-Fi never worked and the blueberry pancakes on Sunday morning were served like a side dish with no butter or syrup. But all that being said the staff was amazing and the bartender at the rooftop bar Stephan was great!

2/10 Poor

Let's start out by saying the staff was awesome, management not so much, very helpful, and extremely pleasant. But, and I mean BUT, the room sucked, my wife and I had the worst sleep of our lives, and that was after changing rooms once. Now don't get me wrong, it was beautiful inside and out, but the A/C, dear lord, the A/C and its atrocious loudness. The first room we were in sounded like it was getting ready to start in the Indy 500 with how revved up it was. The second room we moved to did not sound like it was getting ready to race, but was preparing for take-off. with a low hum, but once it kicked on or off, it would pop and then rattle. Upon check-out, we explained the situation to the front desk staff, who were aware of the situation but unable to provide more. We also spoke with the manager on duty, who was also aware of the situation, but again provided no other feedback other than we're sorry, and we know this is happening. 0/10 do not recommend going back unless some serious overhaul has been done to the A/C system.

Great property, friendly staff in all areas, and walking distance to everything. The valet parking is much too high with alternative parking elsewhere. Only had two hiccups, the drinks at the rooftop bar were not good, although the service was excellent. Also, we requested late checkout during check in which apparently was not communicated. We were woken up three separate times before check out, despite do not disturb sign being on the door. Other than that, it was a great stay. I would definitely stay here again!
