Every staff member was excellent! Our butler Gustavo was amazing taking care of us the entire trip!!

Me quede en este hotel por la calificacion que tiene, pero despues de estar alli, me parece sobre valorado, el mayordomo no esta en su area, el servicio a cuartos es muy lento tarda mas de 1hr, el vapor del spa no funciona el drenaje, los restaurante tipo bufe en algunos de ellos la comida esta fria, su alberca de agua de mar esta descuidad y llena de sargazo, no tiene playa. Ddfinitivamente no regreso

Overall beautiful but not sure i would go back.
Hubby and I were here for a week.
Let’s start by saying that it was our first time at TRS and probably the last.
We arrived really late at the hotel (around 4.15pm) and we didn’t get to go to our room until 5.30pm. The check-in was very nice and Kelly was absolutely a gem. BUT such a long process to check-in and then we met several ptc people and they all tried to sell us upgrades and club memberships etc… too long. We were tired and hungry and the long check in process was not what we needed. That being said everyone working at the lobby was very friendly and super nice. Natalia and Laura were super nice too.
Breakfast buffet is absolutely fantastic. Anything you could ever want, and good quality food, from Mexican deliciousness to eggs cooked in any possible way, to fruit, sweets, cold meats, breads, literally anything and everything.
Lunch buffet is also super delicious at Helios and Guadalupe and Manuel are the best!
We dined at Helios and it was meh. We dined at La Boheme and everything was super heavy. Lots of cheese, butter and cream… very heavy and flavors meh.
We then tried El Gaucho and it was very good, a steak house basically. Very nice environment and good meat and good food overall. Eduin was super nice (i hope I spelled his name right)
The best part of the entire vacation was Limber, a Mixologist in the Beach Bar. He was absolutely brilliant and his drinks were always spot on. His master Tequila Class was so much fun and him and Adela made our day.

Abaixo das expectativas
Funcionários impecáveis: gentis, educados e claramente tentando salvar a experiência — sem culpa alguma pelos problemas.
O check-in foi um teste de paciência: o quarto reservado? Não apareceu. Em troca, ofereceram “extras” num hotel all inclusive.
No buffet, não há estação de bebidas — pedir um café exige fé e tempo, já que os garçons (educados) são raros.
O hotel investe em amenidades supérfluas, mas esquece de investir em variedade no buffet ou transporte eficiente.
O deslocamento interno é um desafio diário, totalmente dependente dos carrinhos do hotel.
Prepare-se para esperar por transporte mesmo para trajetos curtos.
O quarto é bonito, mas o banheiro foi projetado sem foco no uso diário.
Um resort com potencial, mas que ainda não entendeu que luxo começa no básico.
