We had a lovely stay at Portavadie for 2 nights in one of the cottages. The setting is fantastic, the pools are well maintained and warm and the gym is well equipped for a good workout. The only criticism would be that the cottages are quite dated and could do with a bit of a facelift to compliment the price tag.

Lovely overnight stay b&b . Included was 90mins in gym + 90mins in pool area. It was a beautiful day so we used outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Good breakfast choice. We were a bit disappointed with the evening restaurant menu so ate elsewhere.

We stayed 1 night at portavadie hotel in a standard lodge room. It was spacious and clean with the bonus of a mini fridge & pint of milk which is a nice touch. It surprised me how big the complex . You can either walk or drive to the leisure facilities as its not in the same building as reception & restaurant. The restaurant food is good & the staff very pleasant. Especially Debbie who served us at breakfast. I would definitely stay here again

Portavadie was a wonderful stay, It takes a while to drive there but once arrive we barely wanted to leave, and both pedestrian and car ferries (although the car ferry is often broken down) are right there. The room at the Lodge was perfect!! The restaurant including breakfast is a wonderful space, the menu choices, quality of food, and staff are all just great. The Spa is another great space, and the general views make you feel you have truly escaped. Will come again!! Thank you Portavedie.
