非常喜歡這間的設計, 寬敞簡約乾淨. 連住三晚之下, 只有第一天晚上員工自己在樓中的員工食堂開趴到凌晨, 而導致難以入睡也不敢申訴, 其他2天晚上都很安靜好眠.

horrible experience

this is my fourth night staying at the MK Hotel in two week span, last week was terrific whether it was the room or the front desk lady Pilar who was extremely helpful. This last two days have been horrible. In my previous comments, I said the front desk lady Miriam told me if the soap is out in the shower then use the sink one, does she expect me to go naked and squeeze the bottle at the sink? Then when I told her both is out, she gives me a bottle so I asked her if she can teach me how to install it in the dispensar, she said she doesn't know cuz she is only a front desk. The funny thing is the next day when we returned to the room, the bed was made, but the new bottle of soap was still on the ground, and the empty soap bottles on both dispensers were still left there, without being replaced. The two nights at the MK Hotel this week was a horrible experience.

MK hotel needs to get its act together!!!

this is not my first stay at the MK Hotel, the previous stays have been quite pleasant whether it's the rooms or the service by the staff. However, I have to say I am really disappointed in when I checked-in yesterday. The room was not well-maintained, not to say it looked like it hasn't been cleaned for days or weeks. The tables all looked very dirty as they had stains on it, which I had to wipe clean myself. The storage cabinets all looked like they never been cleaned either, so I had to wipe that down too so i can use it. In addition, the bathroom soap was empty in both the showers and at the sink area. And when I went to the front desk lady to tell her the soap were empty, first she couldn't understand the word "empty", then she told me the sink soap is the same. I had to explained to her that besides the sink soap was empty as well, and even if there is still soap at the sink how does she expect me to go get soap at the sink when I am in the shower. Then she finally give me a bottle of soap, then I asked her if she can show me quickly how to change the bottle on the soap dispenser, she told me she is a receptionist and she doesn't know how, and the housekeeping is off duty already. The floor in the room look like they haven't been cleaned or mopped in ages. I really don't know what to say, this has been a really bad experience.

早餐很不好

除了淋浴間沒有隔起來以外，早餐是最大的問題 種類少就算了，補充速度不夠快，每次只補一點點，種類已經很少了還會隨員工心情再減少 我只有第一天看到有可頌和小鬆餅，之後8天再也沒看到 晚上櫃檯沒有人值班，煮水器只有一個，不夠用

A decent choice close to Munchen HBF

Very close to Frankfurt HBF, easy to get around everywhere. You have to ring the bell when you arrive, the entrance is small and easy to miss. The reception is on the 1st floor. The people are not particular friendly, but is good to help. The breakfast has good choices of bread, egg, fruit, yogurt, coffee, and tea. The drawback is my room is on the first floor, the view is facing a wind tube, and there is no AC in the summer it may be unbearable during afternoon.

第一次入住稍微麻烦

离火车站非常近,大概出来走200米左右就到了.就是要在门口按一个MK标志的门铃.白天入住的时候还好,他会直接开门然后到前台办理手续.但是晚上就麻烦了,按了门铃后要求在门口的电脑上进行操作.插卡付费后自动出门卡.折腾了半天才弄明白.早餐什么都是不错的,房间也不错,有热水壶.
