I am a long-time Hotels.com customer and have never previously filed a complaint.
Unfortunately, my recent stay at Le Reve Luxury Stays was highly unsatisfactory, primarily due to the extremely poor cleanliness of the accommodation. The condition of the unit was far below acceptable standards and raised serious concerns about hygiene.
Communication from the property was minimal and unclear. I had to request both check-in and check-out instructions. I also arranged to use the assigned parking space for an additional $20, only to be informed upon arrival that it was unavailable.
More troubling was the state of the unit itself. During my stay, I discovered multiple areas that were visibly filthy. There were items left in the dryer and personal belongings clearly left behind by previous guests, indicating the unit had not been properly cleaned or inspected prior to my arrival.
This experience is not what I expect from a property listed on Hotels.com, and it calls into question how this accommodation meets your listing standards. I have multiple photographs documenting the condition of the unit and can provide them upon request.
