I always love their stuff. They’re very excellent very welcoming very friendly very helpful. This is a regular hotel that I normally book. Maybe I come here twice or three times a month. I love it. It’s so beautiful very very clean however, I wish they had kitchen utensils so that you can cook, but besides that honestly it’s great.

Wanted an inexpensive room for 1 night near Palm Beach Airport that was clean and safe and this definitely fit the bill. It’s definitely no frills (no in-room coffee machine or coffee in the lobby, no tissues, no lotion or conditioner, and I overheard in the lobby that you have to bring your dirty towels in the provided laundry basket to the front desk to get clean towels). But it was new (opened 2 months ago), clean, felt safe, had free parking, AC worked great, front desk staff was professional and friendly, and its a 10 minute drive to the PBI airport.

Stayed here while visiting family because it was the perfect location. Hotel is new so very clean. However, no coffee in the room or l9bbt at all. The walls are thin so you hear noise from snyome next to your room very easy. Plus the sir conditioning was barely working even when we turned it dien as low it would go.

Clean room but no breakfast. Wifi is avergae. Also, my card failed to open the door in the middle of the night. Front-desk is not 24/7. And calling front desk after midnight does not work. So after midnight, you are on your own.

For being Brand new, customer service was at the bottom of their priority. Went to check in at 11:30 pm and was told sorry they had no rooms!?! Then I had to ask multiple times for them to please give me at least 2 rooms with a queen bed in each.Barking dog all night long. Lady was asked to leave our second night due to multiple complaints. Smell in the rooms was mildewy. Beds were EXTREMELY uncomfortable. All in all, do NOT waste your money!!

Worst experience. I booked 1 week back and when i arrived they said rooms are fully booked. No intimation of cancellation. I reached at 11 pm and had to search for another room at that time. The person working there mentioned it happened even yesterday and the manager still did not let the customera know two days ina row. Before i went to the counter same happened to another customer. I think totally 10 people got their room booking cancelled. This happened 12/28/2025. Dont book this hotel.

Staff support was extremely unfriendly. We arrived at night to check in (as they listed check in available at all times) and no one was there for an hour and we were stuck outside waiting in the cold the entire time. When someone eventually came to the door, he gave us a halfhearted apology and didn’t seem concerned we were outside waiting, and said he was upstairs without his work phone. As soon as he tossed us our key cards, he then unnecessarily rolled down the counter blinds at our faces. The hotel barely comes with shampoo and soap, no body wash or conditioner, the sheets are thin, and the bed frame was not very sturdy. The doors aren’t automatic or accessible, and there are no ramps so you will need to lift any luggage into the building and push it through two doors before accessing the hotel. Otherwise, the room was clean, and there was an electric mini stovetop, microwave, and full-sized fridge, which was nice.
