Staff was great - very quiet and secure. Clean room! Recently remodeled. I would recommend adding reading lights over the nightstands. Motel is located in a more run down area, but was very secure and quiet. Parking was the only slight negative we could give. Would stay there again, great value at spring break time.

This place looks a little strange when you first arrive, in large part because it is in a "different" neighborhood for a motel. Nonetheless, the rooms have all been remodeled and are quite lovely inside. The rooms lack nothing as far as I'm concerned. Comfortable bed, superclean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again although I would take any valuables out of my car. Just saying.

If you are just looking for someplace to lay your head down and sleep, then this would be fine to stay at for one night. No cable, no coffee maker in the room or the lobby and no pool. This property is just the bare bones and no frills.

The property was clean and we liked that it was gated, though you have to park outside the gates. The room was clean and the price was great for us. There isn't much room for clothes storage and no hangers on the road but that was okay for us. They didn't mention if there was pot and pans available to borrow for cooking but again for us it was fine with micro and fridge. I will say there was a faint smell of cat 😺 but it wasn't so bad that it bothered us just noticable and for a pet friendly place it's to be expected. The TV setup was nice in our option. And the shower was good too. Oh also it was quiet, and considering the sold out sign was out both nights, that's awesome. Also this is not against the hotel but don't expect much from the Mexican restaurant next to the hotel, if you need food in your belly, it fine but it's not great.

Was this the most luxurious place to stay? No. But most importantly did I feel safe? Yes. Very no frills property with nothing too much to write home about, but that’s ok. The staff was always friendly and more than willing to help. Everyone staying there just kept to themselves. The fact that it was all gated was a huge plus for added peace of mind. The rooms definitely has its flaws cosmetically but again, this isn’t the Four Seasons. My only Maine critique would be the limited parking. If you arrive later in the evening past 9pm, good luck finding a spot. Luckily the residential neighborhood is close by so it’s not too far of a walk. Again, just minor inconveniences. Casa Blanca Inn and Suites more than satisfied my needs for this trip and I would happily stay here again.

Room was clean, just a really strong cleanser smell throughout the stay. The room was all remodeled and clean. Bed seemed clean. The only thing was the floor felt a little gritty and alot of stray hairs, maybe due to the mop. AC was great, mini fridge was great, tv and vanity were great. Liked the security doors and easy access. Close to the donut shop. Affordable and served its purpose. great stay. Was hoping to get the room with the mini kitchen, but maybe I mis read when booking so be sure to book the appropriate room.

There was no hot water. The lady at the counter told me to wait until the next day to be able to take a shower after traveling from Ohio to AZ. So someone then came and helped me get hot water. Each day it took 15 mins for the shower water to get hot.The walls in the room was nasty as well as the floor. You can tell it hasn’t been mopped in some time.

I did not actual end up staying after realizing that the neighborhood location is not great, and the parking situation is horrendous, having to back out into an extremely busy road, is dangerous. And you have to go through a locked gate to get to your room, which is problematic if you have your hands full.
