Extremely friendly and helpful staff, even though the communication is difficult when you cannot speak Turkish (luckily Google Translate is here to help!). Spotless rooms. The room for three is really large, fantastic. Laundry machine was extremely appreciated. Only minus point was the very limited kitchen equipment (cutlery, plates, bowls pans and pots were not enough; also basics like salt and pepper and cooking oil would have been very much appreciated). Regarding the location: a supermarket is in the same building, which is very convenient. And plenty of restaurants in the close vicinity. All in all, I recommend!

Oda temizdi ancak konaklamamız genel olarak hayal kırıklığı yarattı. Öncelikle otelin konumu Hotels.com üzerinde yanlış gösteriliyor. Ayrıca özellikle göl manzaralı oda seçtik ve bunun için standart odaya göre ekstra ücret ödedik. Ancak odada göl manzarası bulunmuyordu. Durumu resepsiyondaki görevliye ilettiğimizde, çözüm beklerken oldukça ukalaca bir tavırla “Otel zaten dolu, yer bulduğunuza şükredin” şeklinde bir cevap aldık. Bu yaklaşım bir müşteri olarak bizi ayrıca rahatsız etti. Ücretini ödediğimiz bir hizmeti alamadığımız halde çözüm üretilmemesi ve üslubun bu şekilde olması kabul edilebilir değildi. Ayrıca çıkış sırasında asansör çalışmıyordu ve bavullarımızı kendimiz indirmek zorunda kaldık. Odanın temiz olması kullanışlı olması olumlu bir noktaydı ancak yanlış konum bilgisi, ücretini ödediğimiz göl manzarasının olmaması, resepsiyondaki yaklaşım ve çalışmayan asansör nedeniyle bu oteli tavsiye etmiyorum.

Otel güzel,temiz, yeni, personel sorunsuz. İlçedeki güzel olan tek şey otelin kendisi. Otapark sorunu var. Park yeri bulamadık. Klima olmaması büyük eksiklik. Gece serin olsun diye camları açtık, şehrin gürültüsünden uyumak imkansız. Çevre pek iç açıcı sayılmaz. Farklı bir deneyim olsun diye geldik. Pek beklentimiz karşılamadı.

Es sind nicht nur Zimmer, sondern ganze Wohnungen! Sauberer hätte es nicht sein können! Es war draußen kalt, aber innen drin war es total warm und gemütlich! Das Personal ist super freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Ich bin sehr beeindruckt und mit Dankbarkeit erfüllt. In der Nähe gibt es Restaurants, Supermarkt, Tankstellen, alles was man als Tourist braucht. Das Frühstück war bestens! Wir waren eine Gruppe von 34 Personen und waren alle sehr zufrieden. Immer wieder gerne!
