Location brilliant. Close to main transport hubs and easy walking distance of city centre. Indeed I also walked to the Springfest. Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean. Bed comfortable. My room faced the main road which could be noisy, but double (or triple?) glazing worked really well!

Nice, clean room that's decent sized, perfectly located with access to old town. Room is quiet with the window shut, but the room gets incredibly hot (even with radiator off) forcing you to open the window and, due to location in central city, gets noisy when window is open.

The hotel is close to a metro station, public transport stops, shops, and restaurants. The rooms could use some updating, but considering that you'll be out most of the time anyway, there's nothing that would have bothered you. Free coffee and tea were available in the hotel lobby 24/7. Please note that the staff is present during check-in and check-out. If you arrive on a late flight, you may have trouble getting into the hotel. Check-in is only open until 10:30 pm, online check-in is not possible. However, the staff is friendly and helpful. There are no door cards, you can get in with a key.

Local muito barulhento, a limpeza deixa muito a desejar. Banheiro mal limpo com piso bem engordurado. Não possui um frigobar dentro da instalação caso vc precise guardar algum alimento ou até mesmo por uma água gelar. Não possui ar condicionado então se vc está indo na época em que faz calor se prepare pois terá que dormir com as janelas aberta o que deixa ainda mais barulhento o quarto. A rua a qual ele está é repleta de bares mulcumanos e muito narguilé ao andar o que não ajuda muito pra quem não gosta dessas fumaças…. Bares que ficam até tarde aberto com muita gente falando alto gritando.

It was clean with friendly staff and a good location - would stay again for the good value price. Rooms plain but fine for what we needed. Was very slightly confusing on arrival as our room number had an 'a' at the end which wasn't explained. We worked out you had to walk through the number of the door (slightly unnerving when you can hear voices on the other side) and there was then an a and b door. Not the most soundproof, but thankfully room b weren't noisy.
