I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay. My experience was highly disappointing, and I do not intend to return or recommend this establishment to others.
Upon arrival, the customer service was poor. The staff member assisting me was preoccupied joking with other guests and did not pay sufficient attention to the check-in process. Additionally, the music near the elevators was excessively loud and disturbing.
My night was further ruined when I was awoken around 2:00 AM by guests yelling, cursing, and slamming doors. This environment felt very unwelcoming, and I did not feel safe during my stay.
