Die Unterkunft ist an einen sehr guten Ort, in wenigen Gehminuten sehr vieles erreichbar: Colosseum, Trevibrunnen und sonstige Sehenswürdigkeiten, div. Geschäfte, Bars und Restaurants. Die Unterkunft ist zudem sehr sauber, gepflegt und mit dem nötigsten eingerichtet. Alles hätte 100% gepasst, wenn der Schlüssel vom Haupteingangstor richtig gewesen und dazu jemand gekommen wäre, um den Fehler zu beheben. Wir mussten bei Nachbarn klingeln, Leute in der Bar stören und sogar die Polizei um Hilfe bitten.

We have had very a bad experience at this home in Rome. I have never had such bad experience and this had spoiled our otherwise good vacation. 1. There were no comforters or blankets or anything we could use to put over ourselves. We took some fitted sheet and towels to cover ourselves in night. Rough night for us. Called them and they apologised but said they cannot do anything that night but they will have someone drop off first thing in the morning. 2. There were no toiletries- not even liquid soap! We couldn’t take shower. We called in the night and they promised we will have it next morning - no one showed up - we kept waiting in the morning expecting the person and changing our plans to fit their time. Then we called again that 10am and they said something else had come-up. They finally sent the guy to bring us soap! 3. TV is dependent on WiFi which is weak so we could only watch TV channels for 2 seconds before it gets stuck. 4. The sink was blocked- I had to unblock it- but still pretty slow. Make sure you have are prepared to do some work! 5. As we were looking for things, we saw pillows and towels thrown in the cabinet with dirty vacuum. 6. Weeds were overgrown- not really maintained to sit outside for a meal 7. As you enter the building, you cross a sewage area with sewage flies & dead plants They want us to take videos and photos to help them - lot of wasted time and not compensated for anything - or the first night they spoiled for us.
