Quarto em reforma, banheiro em reforma aparentemente inacabado, lixeira do banheiro sem tampa, causando incômodo pq o banheiro não tem ventilação e acaba ficando fedido. Wi-Fi difícil de acessar e não passaram a informação na recepção sobre como deveríamos acessar a internet, telefone do quarto não funcionava entao tinha que se deslocar de muito distante até a recepção para uma simples informação. Estrutura do parque totalmente diferente das fotos, tobogãs em manutenção, porém nem parecia estar em manutenção, pinturas desgastadas e brinquedo parados para possível “manutenção”… café da manhã bom, como pegamos só uma diária para descansar vindo de Fortaleza foi de bom tamanho, mas para muitos dias não recomendaria. Parque funciona das 10h às 17h e piscinas termais até as 23h. Muitos gatos nas redondezas do hotel, ficam pulando nas mesas que estamos comendo, causando incômodo.

As piscinas termais são fantásticas. Quanto ao ambiente do hotel achei inconveniente a quantidade de gatos espalhados na área de recreação, principalmente das piscinas, chegando a ser inconveniente. Quanto a limpeza, solicitei à tempo, porém na foi realizada, fato que despensei porque iria me incomodar já que havia retornado ao quarto. Mas a governanta me atendeu tirando o lixo e me fornecendo shampoo com gentileza. Um detalhe que na gostei foi o chuveiro e a ducha higiênica. Quanto ao chuveiro, a vazão de água fria é pouca para equilibrar a temperatura, deixando a água muito quente. Quanto a ficha higiênica, a vazão de água é muito pouca ficando o seu uso desconfortável.

O café da manhã é maravilhoso, acho que o melhor do nordeste. As recepcionistas precisam de treinamento para lidar com os hóspedes, a mesma insinuou que no meu apartamento tinha tomado uma garrafa de água. Totalmente sem ética profissional.
