Staff was courteous and helpful. Room was fine. Some issues we had - conjoining door was not locked when we entered. We had to deadbolt it which was challenging. The bathroom door did not fully shut so we couldnt use the door lock for privacy. There was food left from the previous guest in the fridge. We also did not have bedding for the pull out couch. We had to go to the front desk to ask for it.bed.

The toilet seat screw was broken and missing a piece The tissue box was empty The hallway floors were dated and worn and needed to be cleaned A little attention to details and can improve ratings The key card for the room door didn’t work the next morning The breakfast was stocked and the staff at check in and checkout were very nice! We needed a place to rest our head, it was inexpensive ($130) for the night so it was a good value for the cost : )
