Processo de check in muito confuso. O nome indicado no site do hoteis.com não corresponde com os nomes das placas no local, você faz o check in em um lugar, os studios ficam em outro. Não sei se era um dia atipico, mas os funcionários foram muito impacientes, quando as informações dos mesmos não eram claras. Reservamos 3 quartos, foi necessário trocar um que não estava limpo, e durante a hospedagem encontramos muitas baratas em meio ao utensilios da cozinha. A estrutura do studio é bom, tem um espaço bom, são grandes, porém, falta capricho com a limpeza, tem vidros quebrados, pequenos vazamentos do banheiro. Nos atendeu, considerando que foi uma estadia curta, por que estavamos indo para outro lugar, mas parar passar férias, não recomendo.
