The photos online are extremely misleading compared with what we experienced. This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. Access alone was difficult. You have to wait for staff to send a pulley-operated floating raft across to collect you, which took a long time. We paid around 200 for the night including breakfast. Despite showing staff proof of payment, they said breakfast wasn’t in their system and simply refused to honour it. We lost the money. We then tried to order dinner. After 15 minutes struggling with Google Translate, we were offered burgers or pizza, only to then be told there was no chef and we would have to trek back into town to find food. The room was disgusting: dirty, stained, run-down and with a strong sewage/toilet-water smell. We found TWO cockroaches inside. The shower doors were broken/missing, the shower head was broken and sprayed water everywhere, and the floor towel was stained. Worst of all, my friend found a PUSH PIN inside his pillow. That is completely unacceptable and potentially dangerous. Staff seemed more interested in arguing amongst themselves than helping us, and communication was extremely difficult. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I genuinely wish we had known what this place was like before booking. Our experience bore little resemblance to the attractive photos online, and I’m posting this so other travellers can make an informed decision.

Otelin tek iyi yönü sanırım güleryüzlü personeli. Otel çok bakımsız. 3 gece konakladık oda hiç tenizlenmedi. Odada mini buzdolabı yok. Duşakabin kapısı kırılmış yenisini takmamışlar duştan sonra banyo su içinde kalıyor. Hatta bir odada duş alan küçük bir çocuğun üzerine duş kapısı tuzla buz oldu. Her tarafı yara bere oldu. İlgilenen bir personel görmedim ben.Günlük su vs değişimi yapılmıyor biz kendimiz havuz kenarına yığılı kolilerden almak zorunda kaldık. Hakkımız olan suyu alırken kendimizi hırsız gibi hissettik. Perdeler yırtık pırtık.havuz iyiydi. Kahvaltı yeterliydi.

Havuz ve odamız güzeldi ancak odada bulunan karton bardaklar bile pisti özensiz, geldi bize. Kahvaltı açık büfe tercih ettik,menü doyurucu ama yetersiz lezzetteydi. Deniz bisikletini ücretsiz kullanabiliyor olmamız güzeldi. Sonraki seferde buraya tekrar gitmek yerine çevredeki başka otelleri deneyeceğimiz bir tecrübe oldu. Fiyat performans açısından beklentimiz yüksekti çünkü civara göre çok da ucuz değildi. Kötü olarak değerlendiremem ama güzel de değildi; ortalama bir keyif ve sakinlik arayanların tercih edebileceği bir yer.

Sessiz, sakin ve dere kenarında çok tatlı bir yer. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Gittiğimizde hava kapalı ve yağmurluydu odalar çok iyi ısıtılmıştı, sıcacıktı. İsterseniz şömineyi de yakıyorlar akşamları. Jakuzi de temiz ve güzeldi su sıcaktı sadece hafta sonu bir gün su çok ısınmadı o yüzden kullanamadık. Havuzu da kullanmadık mevsimden ötürü ama normal havuz. Biz gayet memnun kaldık tam kafa dinlemelik ortam. :)
