We highly recommend the Radisson at MG Road. The hotel is clean, smells nicely, has excellent safety procedures in place, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent and priced well. The hair salon is amazing, first class. The entire hotel staff is very polite and courteous. We recommed requesting Uber for car rides rather than taxis, their service is faster.

The room was clean, however bathrooms were quite small. The staff were very friendly and attentive. However, at check in, the staff member who helped us said breakfast was not included, despite my family and I having paid extra for breakfast to be included when we booked. Then a female staff member told him to add breakfast to our package, she was very nice. Ayush is a very hard worker and had great customer service skills. Overall it was a great stay.

Very rude staff at reception . No swimming pool gym or sauna works . Breakfast too spicy or tasteless food . Trying to get more money when we already paid for breakfast . Ruined our whole trip . Very bad location too . Please don’t book We had to cancel 2nd night stay

No breakfast was offered all though it was clearly mentioned in the booking details that free breakfast buffet was included. We were told that they will fix it and get back to us but nobody contacted at all and when asked again they said that they cant do anything. Also, we came there after a long flight and 9:30 am in the morning woke up with a loud hammer noise and drilling noise. It was loud to a point where we literally had to talk loudly to make conversation. Really bad experience for the price that we paid.
