The check-in was confusing and a bit disorganized. Our main complaint was WiFi connectivity; it was spotty throughout our 3 night stay and we had to use cell phone service in the room. The room itself was good but a chair should have been provided at the writing desk. Overall good value for the money because of good room quality and central location.
