We had a great stay at this lodge! It was very easy to find thanks to the detailed map provided, which made arrival smooth and stress-free. The self check-in process was also incredibly simple and convenient. The space itself was spotless - everything was immaculate when we arrived. The sheets were clean and fresh, and we really appreciated the extra towels that were provided. It was a thoughtful touch to have snacks like Cheez-Its and coffee available as well. Overall, a very comfortable and well-prepared place to stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place! The interior of the cabin has been beautifully renovated, and the bed is super comfy with a great mattress and pillows. I actually forgot to bring my own pillow from home, but I didn't even notice the difference—the ones here were just as good as my favorite! It was also very important for our family to find a pet-friendly spot since we always travel with our dog. Honestly, this is now one of my favorite places I’ve stayed at in Arrowhead. Plus, the location is perfect—only a 3-minute drive to the village. I’ll definitely be back this summer! ☺️

What we appreciated the most is that it is truly pet-friendly. We were able to bring our dog, and there was no extra charge for having him, which meant a lot to us. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive—whenever we needed something or had a small issue, they were quick to come and help.

Parking was easy, we could just part out front. the self-check in was smooth and easy as well. Beautiful view, children loved it. Very comfortable beds and pillows, bunk beds were a hit with the kids. TV included streaming services such as YouTube, Disney+, and Netflix which we loved since the other, more expensive, hotels we went to didn't include those. Air conditioning was good and satisfactory. Room was clean and lovely. I only stayed for one night but if I ever came back to Lake Arrowhead, I would definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was firm yet comfortable and the wifi was extremely fast. The heat worked very well and the bathroom had nice hot water. It was very nice having a standalone cabin (it really makes the place feel like your own space). Both the refrigerator and microwave worked well. A brilliant little gem that was well worth the money.

We really enjoyed our stay at Arrowhead Ranch Retreat. Parking was easy and convenient, which made arrival stress-free. The service was amazing—staff were very helpful and accommodating. We were originally scheduled to check in at 3 PM, but we arrived early and called, and they kindly allowed us to check in earlier than the original time. That extra consideration made a big difference and set a great tone for our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience, and we would definitely stay here again.
The outside of our cabin was pretty.
A coffee shop was located about 4 minutes from the property, making it easy to grab coffee without having to travel far especially because of the weather.
Lake arrowhead village was very close by took us about 5 minutes or so to get there.

We came in at night and had trouble finding our room in the dark. Angel, property manager, answered our message right away met us outside in the heavy rain and escorted us to our room. Room was clean and cozy. 10/10 experience! We will be back!

My husband and I loved our stay! We even took our two little doggies with us since it welcomed pets and they enjoyed every part. It’s so peaceful and quiet. It’s only a few minutes away from the lake. It’s walkable but since it was raining we drove. The room was clean and the heater was fantastic since we woke up to snow outside. We will definitely be coming back God willing!
