This guest house was great value for money. Clean and well maintained with a simple but adequate buffet breakfast for under £40 per night. The mattress on the bed was very comfortable and I slept well. My only 'complaint' is there was no chair in the room or 'lounge type area' to sit down, relax, read a book or whatever. Also it was quite easy to hear guests in other rooms but as all the guests were quiet and respectful when I was there this wasn't a problem.

Budget hotel/B+B, shower in room but shared toilets, good location close to city center and railway station, self service breakfast of cereals, yogurt and toast, good VFM. Downs limited parking and could do with better sound proofing as walls are thin.

It was a nice place to stay while looking for a flat. Bed was comfortable and nice to have my own shower. Good size room for a single. Convenient to downtown Aberdeen.
