This hotel is closed to Europe square, it nex to everything, shopping, restaurants. Beautiful and new hotel. The staff was so friendly and very welcome. The general manager was amazing woman and very friendly. We really enjoyed and surely to be back. I really recommend this great hotel.

Ailemle birlikte 1 gece konakladık ve oldukça memnun kaldık. Otelin konumu çok merkezi, birçok yere yürüyerek ulaşabildik. Odalar temiz ve konforluydu. Özellikle genel müdür Murat Küçük bey misafirlerle birebir ilgilenmesi ve her konuda yardımcı olması bizi çok mutlu etti. Ailecek gönül rahatlığıyla kalınabilecek bir otel.

This is my second review for this wonderful hotel I came back again but this time I will only speak about the most kind professional and caring staff I ever met on travels , reception people helped me with an issue that had nothing to do with their job it was a ticket I had from police and I had some problems trying to pay this ticket. They handled this for me using there own personal application, I will never forget these guys ( Nana and her colleague whom name I don’t recall now sorry ) the hotel should be so proud and lucky to have these kind of people working with them . Million Thanks again guys 😊

I was a bit skeptical since there are few reviews about this hotel, being a rather new place. But it was perfect! Boutique hotel, in a building that was once a bank. Beautiful on the outside and inside. Location- perfect. The rooms are apparently all different, so we were told, and the two rooms that we got to see were great- spacious, beautifully decorated, very elegant. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also great- strong shower current, and lots of counter space for make up and toiletries which is important for me. Our room was on the 6th floor with 2 balconies, amazing view. Everything was spotless. They were also very attentive and sent us a cake for our wedding anniversary, Breakfast was good- a buffet + a la carte egg dishes that you can order. Good coffee (beans based, not black coffee). On the day we left, was had to take a cab at 0700, while the breakfast also starts at 0700, so they allowed us to come earlier while they open, and have something small to eat and order coffee. We also ate dinner at the hotel restaurant, almost all dished were excellent. Only the beef fillet was dry. But we had many more dishes and they were all good. A bit high-priced for Batumi, but it is what you would expect from a fancy hotel restaurant. Will definitely come back when we visit again and recommend to anyone who prefers boutique hotels over giant chain hotels.

We really loved this beautiful and perfect hotel. It seems like a lot of love and thought has been put into it to makeus stay pleasant. Everything is clean, the beds are super comfortable, the towels are wonderful and thick, snow-white and pleasant on the body. The staff goes out of their way to do everything to make the guests happy, whether it's with a smile or by taking an interest in our well-being and where we were headed. Breakfast is in a young style, served as a buffet at the bar, and you can request omelets in any style you want. As a hotelier, there are a few things that could be improved, such as refilling the buffet when something runs out or the bread that dries under the heating lamp so we couldn't tell if it wasn't fresh and the lack of communication with the staff in the kitchen and we didn't always get the omelet we really asked for, especially if you don't eat pork and suddenly you get an omelet with pork butts in it. But someone always came to translate our requests for them and everything worked out for the best. Our bathroom had a bathtub that was too high for my height, I'm relatively short and it was not an easy task to get into it. Maybe it would be a good idea to add a wooden stool. It should be taken into account that the hotel is in a busy area and if there are parties on the weekend in the area, then the windows are not really soundproof to the music. In short, a great hotel in the city center that we would recommend in every way.
