My daughter got ill in the middle of the night. The lady at the front desk was so kind when i went to get extra garbage bags. She offered us crackers and water to help with her stomach issues.

The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed one night during a trip to see colleges in the area. The only issue we had, which was not really significant, was that the remote control and tv were basically useless. We didn't have a 'smart' account (through Samsung) we could log into to access other options like Netflix, etc.

Our room smelled like smoke. Not sure if there are smoking rooms. The second morning the smell of smoke I guess coming through the ventilation system was very strong. The staff was nice. The cleanliness is average. I will not stay there again. Last I smelled a hint of smoke this time was so much worse. Then last time I had to have my room moved cause there were so many beetles. They were not going to move until I said I can’t stay in this room I don’t care if this is normal for this time of year. .

The staff was very nice and the breakfast was so yummy! The room was very clean and I saw another comment about the ac being loud but personally ours wasn’t at all. Def a 10/10!

We came up from Pittsburgh for a funeral and the staff was wonderful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would stay again.

From check to check out …….wonderful. Room was clean and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. First room was on the road side and very noisy with traffic, but when I brought it to the attention of the woman at the front desk, she immediately moved me across the hall. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Overall, would recommend the place but make sure you don’t get a room on the road side

We got stuck in the elevator. It took them 6mins to get us out. There were soft spots in the floor at the foot of the 2nd bed. Everything was clean and tidy. I didn’t like the fact the the trash cans weren’t emptied each day but other than that our stay was fine.

The weather was bad and I needed a place to stay. The Quality Inn was available and it was a wonderful place to stay. The check in and check out was excellent. I would recommend this place to anyone.

This was not a planned stay… my husband had had surgery and this was his 2 week check up… he became ill on the way there and even the window wipers were bothering him and with rain continuing in the forecast…the 70 mile trip home was not going to happen… the hotel staff was superb!!! In my anxious of booking the room and making sure I had the right hotel… I gave the wrong date…while checking in…the desk clerk fixed it and when I mentioned my husband had taken a fall and was wet and dirty she offered me an extra laundry bag for his clothes…all thru our stay and excellent breakfast…all the staff was very helpful and friendly…the only thing that was bothersome was that when we checked out… there was salt by the front door but the walkway to the handicap parking was not :( My walk was very perilous..especially as a 76 year old…but I do recognize that the rainy weather is not a norm in February..and definitely would highly recommend this hotel!!!
