We had a two-bedroom with fireplace in LR. Corner unit sunny on two sides with mountain view. All clean and attractive. Access is excellent with garage below available after check in. The front desk staff is abusive, unbelievably rude, and I would NEVER stay here again because they clearly do not care about guest experience. The front desk staff went as far as cursing at us in front of our children even though we were calm and simply requesting a late check out because of a medical emergency. Where is the manager and why are these people employed in a guest facing position? I saw other similar reviews when I went and looked on sites and had I seen that would never have booked. Stay elsewhere
