Our first room had blood stain sheets so we asked for new bedding and they didn’t have any. They sent us to a new room that was also very dirty and not clean sheets. We checked the bed and didn’t see anything, even slept on all of the blankets, and still woke up with bed bug bites. Will never stay here again or anywhere near this location in Chicago

To start we had we reserved a Jacuzzi suite. We knew we would be arriving late so we had called ahead to let them know that we were still coming but would be later than the 3pm check in. Upon arrival we had been told our room had been sold since Expedia did not take payment for the room it wasn't officially our room so we accepted a deluxe room for the first night and were switched to the Jacuzzi the next. The deluxe room left much to desire as it was no different than a regular hotel room other than a rather large-cracked- mirror mounted above the bed. The remote they gave us for the TV did not work for the TV in this room. Asked for another and were told they did not have any. The bathtub faucet leaked the entire night. Bed was comfy at least. The next morning we went to turn the keys in for our switch. The gentleman behind the desk said to ask about a partial refund when we came back that evening because we didn't get the room we reserved. He did give us a key to the room we would be going into but did not activate it as there were people in there. When we came back to the hotel that night to get the key activated and a remote for the TV we were told that they didn't have any remotes and if one became available they would bring it to us- never happened in the next two days. The Jacuzzi half worked. The shower was dirty. The room smelled of baby powder and perfume to the point we had the door open for sometime to air it out. The bed was terrible. Overall stay somewhere else

Bed was lumpy, toilet paper holder is like one in commercial buildings, couldn't fully sit on toilet. I will never go back or recommend to stay here

I reserved a room and chose the option to pay once I get to the hotel. I call ahead of time and let them know what time I’ll be arriving and he said ok but once I arrived to the hotel he had given my room away to someone and basically said he don’t care. Horrible experience, horrible manager. The front desk lady was understanding and polite.
