The front desk handled luggage forwarding for me as well, and I love that the restaurant congestion and the use of the laundry machines is visible from the TV home page in the rooms. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices and I really love their deep soaking bathtubs! We absolutely enjoyed the stay at this hotel. Great breakfast and services all around! The laundry machine on-site is a huge plus and you can check the progress of your laundry at your room via TV. We would love to stay here next time when you visit Hakata.
