The room was dusty (including the coffee pot) and not vacuumed in areas. Towels were stained and we were missing face cloths. The clerk and manager (?) appeared unkept.

Hotel is run down and needs an update, room and bathroom were dirty, the door had gum stuck to it over the peephole, staff on site is not attentive, had to wait several minutes including calling out at the front desk to get someone's attention for checkin. Normally I enjoy Super 8's but this one is not up to par, won't be back to this location.

As soon as walked in the front desk person was rude. Charged us an extra $100 because they knew there were no other options with a busy weekend. Towels were dirty. Sheets were stained. Blood stains on curtains. Food wrappers behind knight stand. Crumbs behind bed. I’ve never left a review before. Have stayed in so many hotels. This is the worst.

Upon arrival i waited over 30 minutes to chrck in as nobody was at the front desk. I had to go up and down the floors to find someone and when i did i got attitude from thevstaff. When i arrived in my room which was no bigger than a walk in closet the bedsheets were stained and yellow. The fridge had moldy food in it, the microwave hadnt been cleaned. The curtains were fallen apart, there was no dresser to put my clothes, the wall had several holes in it, there were drugged out people passed out in the parking lot. I immediately left and demanded a full refund. This place needs a health inspection fast

We checked in very late, around midnight, and our room wasn’t cleaned. We tried 2 other rooms, one was already occupied and the other had stained sheets and bugs. We asked for a refund as we were leaving. We were told that we had to talk to hotel.com but that they wouldn’t be taking the money and would cancel our booking. Instead they kept us as showing checked in and then in the morning my credit card was charged an extra $97 from the hotel, in addition to the $122 I already paid through hotel.com

Worst hotel ever. Location is 1 block from St Pauls hospital which is the worst part of Saskatoon. Room was dirty. Supposed white pillows and bedding were grey. Checked for signs of bedbugs, matress was disgusting. We checked in, looked around and walked right out of the hotel. All hotel guests we ran into we either drunk or something else. Asked front desk, "are we going to be safe here?" His reply was, you might be, dont go outside.

I called ahead asking if i could check in early (1pm instead of their 2pm policy). I was told yes, that all rooms would be available after noon. Arrived at 1:30 and refused check in because our room was not ready. I said u called in a few hours ago, but the woman didn't care, at all. I went to my appointment and was back around 2:30 and the room still wasn't ready. Was told 5-10 minutes by the guy who admitted he was the one on the phone approving the early check in. Get in the room. Did not appeared vacuumed. Dirty stir stick and hair on carpet. Hair on bed cover. Towels were dirty and stained. Shower curtain dirty and moldy. Bathroom fixtures were dirty and water spotted. Lamps were filthy. No washcloths. No drinking glasses on bathroom. Very thin walls. Normal decibel conversations on rooms on either side could be heard. Will NEVER stay here again and recommend everyone stay clear!!!
