The suites are great! Location can’t be better, there is a lot of atractions at walkin distace! A bery goid diversity of bars and restaurants in the area! Staff was really nice! Definitely staying there again

Está en el centro de la ciudad y aún así es sumamente tranquilo. Solamente no hay un espacio para trabajar y es difícil encontrar algo cerca. Pero si vas a relajarte, es espacioso, tranquilo, limpio y con excelente atención. También considera que hay que subir escaleras.

Très bien placé et à côté de tous les lieux emblématiques de la ville Personnel sur place ultra sympathique (Elena est merveilleuse et si attentionnée) Communication très simple Néanmoins même si la chambre est bien décorée, elle reste très sombre car les fenêtres ne donnent pas sur l’extérieur mais sur l’escalier d’accès aux chambres donc un peu bruyant et surtout sans lumière naturelle Très jolie baignoire mais pas d’eau chaude…

La habitación limpia, impecable, lista desde antes de la hora oficial del check in. Mueble de buena calidad. Pero a ciertas horas el olor del baño se escapa a la habitación y huele a caño bastante fuerte. No tienen en la habitación un escritorio para poder trabajar. Yo que no viaje de placer me dificulta el trabajo por la tarde noche que ya no estoy con mis clientes y requiero mandar correos.

I originally reserved 2 nights and added an additional night because their service is superb. The room is very clean! Staff is top notch! Elena is a wonderful person always willing to help! The female security guard is very attentive! The staff remembers you as their guest. The only con was that it was a bit noisy for a few nights until about 1-2am.

We so enjoyed our stay at Azulenco. It was a beautiful clean, stylish, modern room in a perfect location to walk to many nearby sites and see much of beautiful Oaxaca. Liz, Elena, and front security staff took very good care of us and we were sad to leave. Comfy bed and welcome aircon. Mostly very quiet especially at night as rooms are set back from the street, however some noise from the open building design (maybe just Celeste room?) and a very loud party one evening possibly from nearby wedding celebration. We recommend staying here.

We had a great stay at Azulenco. The facilities are new, and the staff is very friendly and quick to respond. We had a small issue with the shower one morning, and it was resolved promptly. Although there is no physical front desk, they provide fast and attentive service via messaging.

Primero que nada Elena es muy amable y te hace sentir como si llegaras a un casa, es muy hospitalaria, te vdd se agradece. Algo no muy bueno que note es que él entras básicamente por algo como un estacionamiento adaptado para locales, tal vez podrían mejorar su entrada, y tal vez alguna amenidad extra no estaría demás ya que el costo es similar a un hotel y no cuentan con recepción, una sala de bienvenida o alguna otra amenidad aparte de la habitación. De la habitación no me puedo quejar es cómoda con una TV amplia y es smart TV, moderna. Pase un poco de frío por la noche y como mencioné no hay recepción o algún lugar en la habitación donde hubiera una cobija extra. La ubicación es excelente creo que es el punto que más se destaca.

I rate this property five stars on all categories. The rom was modern and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was fantastic! The location was excellent. But one detail keeps me from being able to give a 5 star rating overall. And it is totally not the fault of the property. I seems there is a night club next to the property and the noise from the music was overbearing. It was like trying to sleep inside of a bass drum. In addition, this noise goes on until about 2:30 to 2:45am every night. It could be just seasonal since there were five weddings that weekend. If you are a night owl and like to party, I can’t recommend the place enough. It truly is wonderful. Elena, property manager and Sarah, security, were indispensable. Sarah helped with our luggage and Elena made sure we had everything we needed. Kudos to Azulenco.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay at Azulenco I truly loved everything about my stay at Azulenco. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming—every single person made me feel comfortable and cared for. Even the security staff was outstanding: professional, friendly, and made me feel very safe at all times. The hotel itself is spotless. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority, and it shows in every detail. My room was well maintained, comfortable, and peaceful, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring Oaxaca. The location is perfect—convenient, walkable, and close to everything, yet still quiet and calm. I felt safe the entire time, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, Azulenco exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s a beautiful hotel with amazing people and a welcoming atmosphere. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Oaxaca.

My husband and I stayed in the Marino Suite, and we couldn't have been happier. Our flight arrived at 5:30 AM, and I already knew we wouldn't be able to drop off our bags until 9:00 AM. The property is very clear about this—it was mentioned twice in the booking email, and they confirmed it again when I emailed them directly. We arrived at 8:30 AM just to relax at the nearby coffee shop and find a restroom. While there, we met Elena, a staff member who went above and beyond. Even though we were early, she was happy to store our bags in the employee area for us. We were thrilled! She even suggested we check back at noon to see if the room was ready early. Being able to drop our luggage and rest a bit after such an early flight was a lifesaver. The Room & Location • The Suite: The Marino Suite was great, and the bathroom was excellent. • The Atmosphere: Regarding the noise—you are in the heart of downtown on a pedestrian-only "party street." You should expect some sound, but honestly, we didn't find it that loud. • The Convenience: You don't need a car here; you are literally in the best spot in town. Elena and Liz were incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Elena!

Me pareció que las fotos y descripción no explicaban varias cosas que sucedieron en la estancia. Lo primero que voy a mencionar, es que todo lo relacionado con el staff fue súper bueno, todas súper amables y con muy buena actitud a y servicio. El tema fue con las condiciones del cuarto, en primero lugar la única ventana de las habitación, daba a un hueco que tiene el edificio, prácticamente no había luz natural y el segundo lo unto y peor es que todas las paredes son de tabla roca y hay un hoyo que simula una ventana en el baño pero que hace que todo lo que sucedía afuera y en los demás cuartos, se escuchara, fue muy difícil dormir, me despertaba con los lloridos de una bebé desde muy temprano y la aislación de sonido era tan terrible, que se escuchaba perfecto, las conversaciones que tenían a los demás en sus cuartos, no tuvimos nada de privacidad en toda la estancia

This place has nice staff and is very safe but other than that... the pictures are way over glamorized for the hotel, there is no front desk and zero amenities. The walls are also paper thin so we could hear the hallway and sometimes the music. For the price point there are better locations for sure, wouldn't stay here again.
