No staff. We were not given the WiFi password. The ceiling fan needs cleaning. No face cloths provided. The curtains were falling off the rod. The portable AC unit was incredibly noisy. Tea but no coffee. No bedside table on either side. One side of the bed was up against the wall. The layout could have been better.
