Loved that the room came with decent sized fridge, mini dishwasher, full sized microwave and cooktop. Room was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was wonderful. However, my room was fairly unclean and while I was travelling with my toddler, there were some exposed wires under the radiator and white grime in the shower as well as literal dust bunnies within the room. Wish I would have k won this before spending over $300 on this room.

Room was not cleaned for 5 days even though it was asked, had to ask for towels and Kleenex and toilet paper Staff was great Breakfast bacon, eggs and sausage cooked to perfection Coffee was great

This hotel is undergoing renovations and I stayed in a newly renovated floor. The room was amazing! Very spacious and clean! The staff were incredibly friendly and I really enjoyed the free buffet breakfast in the morning. I have business in Chatham again in June and will definitely stay here!

Despite being under construction during my stay, the property was still very well maintained and managed. The room itself felt recently updated—comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. Breakfast was enjoyable, and the dining room had a bright, cheery atmosphere that made for a great start to the day. The gym was more than adequate and felt a step above what I’ve experienced at most hotels. The standout of the stay, however, was the front desk staff. They were consistently cheerful, pleasant, and helpful, and their wonderful sense of humour made the experience even more memorable. Overall, a very positive stay with minimal disruption from the ongoing work.

I stayed for a single night. The room was super nice and the staff was amazing in the morning. The hotel is undergoing some renovation work, which made the breakfast place much better but on the other hand forces you to use the back entrance, where there is not a lot of parking space and you end up having to walk outside. Not great in the winter.

Check in was late, 320pm, and kind of frustrating being the lasts ones getting a room out of a ton of sports families. Internet didnt connect for a lot of people. Otherwise pretty decent place, besides the renovation aspect
