AWFUL. Tried to book something close to Manila airport according to the address posted on Expedia. AFTER booking, received a message from the property contact, mentioning check-in instructions with an address that took me 30 minutes further away from the airport. An Expedia agent offered $25 USD for the mess up, which was nice, but sent it in CAD and argued with a different agent regard that. Upon arriving at the correct location, the property contact couldn't be reached after an hour of waiting around. I chose to leave the location and contact another Expedia agent in hopes of a refund. Unfortunately, they wouldn't give me one unless it was accepted by the property owner (Have screenshots of the conversations).
SHAME ON YOU. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD.
Hopefully, someone will remedy this situation as Ive used Expedia frequently during my current travel.
