Got to the hotel after a long travel only to be told when trying to check-in that it was full and they were double booked. No one had tried to contact us to let us know prior to arrival. The staff had tried to secure alternative accommodation however this was not in a location we wanted to be in. Very disappointing. Contacted Expedia.com who were very apologetic but could not find us an alternative and we were left to find somewhere ourselves. Expedia have agreed to refund the difference in cost. This was not a great experience at all.
