Can’t fault this hotel. Very clean. Harry in reception was courteous, polite and so helpful. Felt very looked after by all staff. Breakfast was amazing. There seemed to be plenty of parking but we arrived by train which was a 20 minute walk away.

Kind and hepful staff made such a difference. My room was small but had everything I needed and was spotlessly clean. This is a great place from which to explore Bristol as the bus stops right opposite the hotel. Clifton Village is a short walk away across Victoria Square and has some great shops, restaurants and cafes etc plus it's just a short walk to the Clifton Suspension Bridge.
