Mixed review on 4 night stay.
We booked an executive suite so I could work while away. Room was partially cleaned on day 2. On day 3 no room cleaned even at 5pm after leaving it empty for the day with a clean request on the door. Asked for a flat pillow never cane had to ask again.
For an executive suite & a much higher rate I would expect better service & a better quality room.
As for the restaurant, the Indian host was hard to understand a little grumpy & slammed our food on the table after he served a different table before us, even though we arrived 10 mins before them. We watched as he struggled to interact with the older people & made them feel very uneasy & not welcoming.
Advise would be replace him with a better hostess and place him in the kitchen away from paying guests. We had din 2 nights then left for better surroundings. 3 rd time at this hotel but I think it might be our last. For what you pay and food quality I think better places to stay out there. Main reception staff were excellent once we made any issues known and fixed in a timely manner. More management of cleaning staff and restaurant staff would be advised before you lose more paying customers.
