We stayed in Pito Hotel of Hon Thom Island for 25-28dec. The hotel opened only for two months. All facilities were clean and new. It was great that we were offered free cable-car and free entry of Nature Park / Water Park every day. However, there was no store/restaurant open after 4pm. So we could only eat bread/cup-noodles for dinner. This is very ridiculous to visitors. The SunWorld should at least open one store and one restaurant near hotel area at evening time.
There were only two staff to manage the Pito hotel. One staff, called TRI (志), was very helpful. He was very hard-working and often willing to do extra work for us. I think TRI handled over 70% of the hotel work. I would like to especially thank for TRI. I tried to give him tips when we checked out but he did not receive. He said it was his job to serve clients. TRI(志) is a very nice and responsible staff.
