The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, personable and helpful. I enjoyed the hot breakfast, there were a lot of options. The hotel is in a great central location between the beach and parks, plenty of restaurants and shopping.

We enjoyed our stay. This hotel was located close enough to Amelia Island for our purposes. It was also near some new restaurants and Publix. We found everything convenient. The beds were comfortable on the staff was very nice.

One of the cleanest hotels that we have stayed with in a long time. Staff was above and beyond friendly as well as being professional. Breakfast was amazing. [Cook and server was astounding and meals were more than anyone could imagine] We would go back tomorrow if we had the time. How does one get points for future visits with Holiday express. Staff was very uninformative about extra $100 fee for damage and when to expect it to go back to your account. Also when i called about early checking he didn't say anything about extra $60 plus tax. I think you need to educate your staff more.

I didn’t stay. When I got there, it was a hotel under construction and not yet open for use. Expedia won’t give me my money back because it was non refundable. Not my fault the hotel is not finished. Out $531.00 Linda Rykowski
