ホテルドットコムから、割と安い料金で予約出来ました。何度も泊まっているホテルでしたが今回は突っ込み所満載でした！　先ず、本館の11階（最上階)の部屋でしたが、ここは最悪でした。 空調の音が気になって夜も朝方も不快でした。 施設も古くアップデートが必要です。 他のホテルで提供しているペットボトルの水も無いです（この暑いのに）暫く客が入っていなかったのか？清掃も行き届いていませんでした。 ここの良いところは、大浴場とサウナ付きと言うだけです。　新館は、良かった覚えがあります。

로비에는 사람이 많이 있으며 자동화 장비로 직접 체크인도 가능합니다. 직원들은 매우 친절해요. 심지어 락커가 따로 있어서 체크아웃 후 직원에게 따로 부탁하지 않아도 짐을 맡길 수 있습니다. 하지만 방의 상태는 좋지 않습니다. 매우 좁고 낡았습니다. 에어컨도 온도조절 방식이 아닙니다. 여행가방을 다 펼칠수가 없고 숙소에 있는 욕실은 너무 좁아서 단 한번도 샤워를 할 수 없었습니다. 세면대 안쪽의 물때는 제가 닦아도 지워지더군요. 청결상태 최악입니다. 직원이 부족한걸까요? 침대는 딱딱하고 침구 안쪽에 얼룩도 보였습니다. 아무래도 청소직원이 과로하고 있는듯합니다. 대욕탕은 매우 좋았지만 이용을 할 수밖에 없었습니다. 숙소 내 욕실이 너무 좁았으니까요. 매일 대욕탕을 사용했습니다. 그럼에도 이 숙소는 위치가 너무 좋습니다. 고쿠라역, 헤와도리역을 모두 걸어서 갈 수 있고 유명 쇼핑몰이 모두 가까워서 쇼핑 후 숙소에 짐을 두고가기 편했습니다.

小倉駅から近く、飲食店も多く、問題なく過ごせる便利なエリア。大浴場があるのはありがたい。周りにはいろいろホテルはあるが、 オススメかもしれませんね。一つ言うならば、基本は出張用のビジネス目的が多いのか子連れ向けに、小さな事用の歯ブラシとスリッパがあればありがたい。4歳の子供には大人用歯ブラシも、大人用スリッパも使いにくい
