The host was so helpful and friendly. She recommended restaurants and had good travel tips. We had a great room with a balcony that overlooked the courtyard. It was great to sit out there in the morning and evening. It has a traditional European vibe to the hotel. The location was great and had parking on the property. The breakfast was tasty!

We were welcomed warmly and offered tea while we checked in. Juliana took the time to inform us about the area and how best to enjoy our stay. Breakfast was delicious, beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water for long showers.

Our stay at hotel

Hassle free check-in (earlier check in was available for us) by a very welcoming and attentive staff. The room was very nice, clean, bright and had comfortable beds and air conditioning. Breakfast was more than adequate. They also had parking on property, which was super convenient. Location is great: near eateries and grocery stores and yes...the hot springs. Love it and would be back again. Thank you, Hotel Vale Verde!

The room felt neglected. It was clean but the bathroom is in great need of an update and appears moldy and worn down. The beds are very hard and the room is musty. Breakfast was fairly good.

Staff was friendly, the hotel was conveniently located in the town. I took us only 10-15 minutes to walk to spas. Breakfast was moderate. Free parking is possible right across the street.
