They are working on updating the rooms but for the price it's perfect. The owner is super friendly and very welcoming. He made sure that my room had everything it needed and that everything worked in the room before he left the room. Plus they are pet friendly and honor's people who actually have service dogs. I'll definitely stay again.

The staff were very kind and accommodating — they made me feel genuinely welcome. The location was convenient, and everything worked perfectly (especially the AC and Wi-Fi). For the price, it’s one of the best options I’ve found. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cheap but nice place to stay.

This is a good value! It is a bit worn and old but the price is low. The staff (one guy) is helpful and GREAT. The hotel is in a perfect location for snowbirds driving from the New England to Florida. It is NOT a luxury stay but clean and quiet; perfect for a quiet sleep on the grueling two day drive Boston / Northeast to Florida.

An interesting time capsule. Basic accommodation that is rustic and could use an update, obviously not for everyones tastes, but for the price it's understandable. Beds were comfortable and clean. Mirrors and air conditioning could do with a cleaning. Staff were very friendly. Not much in way of amenities close by, everything is driving distance.

We arrived at 12:30 AM, tired from a long drive. Once checked in, we went to our room #109. Our mini fridge did not work. Our toilet would not flush. It was completely clogged. Our bathroom sink was dirty. Our privacy curtains were broke and would not shut completely.

Traces of feces in the toilet, dirt on the sink top, stuff on the floor indication not swept. Complained to housekeeper who spent less than five minutes in the unit then left. The condition of the room did not change. Complained to management who refunded money.

When I got to the hotel at around 1am (on a road trip), there was no one at the window. I called the number posted. The person picked up and did not say anything. When I said "Hello", he responded "WHAT?". I explained I had a reservation, he seemed annoyed and said he had no more rooms and I should cancel the reservation.
