Great location and close to everything you would need. Termini station 1 block away. Place was very clean and the lady took extra time to show us how everything worked. It is an old building but clean and comfortable. Also very secure.

Called many times about 2:45pm to know to check in from Termini train station. Went to address at 3:00PM to check in. Went inside saw phone number to find out how to check in no answer. Tried with Watsup no answer. For over 15min no communication no answer didn’t know what to do. We’re there with the luggage’s and we didn’t know if the reservation was good. Went on your sight and basically the help asked to cancel and not why we can’t check in. Finally someone called back and said she would come down to meet us. 5 minutes later asked where she was. She wasn’t upstairs!! This truly stressed us. Not knowing and the lies. Because we were stressed of the situation we just stayed in bed and didn’t go around as we wanted to do. For us this uncertainty is why I gave such low grade. They don’t want us to check early but they don’t respect check in time!!!

The location was great if you are planning to use the train a lot. It is right across the street from termini station. Building is old and not really updated but was fine for what we needed. (Mold in the shower but otherwise fairly clean for an old building) But just know that they require the city tax ($6 per person per night) in euros when checking in. We just came from the airport and didn't have time to get euros yet. They made me go down the street and find a place to exchange money before they would let me check in. Also, their check in is very specific times. We needed to leave our bags at 2:15 so we could get to a tour and check in wasn't until 3. So I had to pay an extra 20 euro --also in cash. So, the place was ok, location was good, but bring lots of euros with you or you may be sleeping on the street until the cash exchange place opens!
