Spent one night here after hiking Mt Homan. Free shuttle from station but it is also only 15 min walk. Check in very good. Onsen both inside and out perfect. 最悪でした。温泉はカルキの匂いが充満してたし。フロントは名前間違えるし。高評価の朝食はわざわざ予約しているのに、待たされるし、品切れも多数。 朝食の男性スタッフは全くと言って無愛想で、殺伐とした感じでした。確かに朝は混み合っていましたが、そうゆう時こそ、気持ち良く対応して頂けたら、こちらの気持ちに余裕が持てたのに。 唯一巡回バスのスタッフの対応は素晴らしかったです。
