Simple Breakfast but ok and room with a good space and nice shower. The location is excelente, near from Restaurantes and the principal street. One thing that i didn´t like. Check out is at 10 am and they don´t accept late check out.

O hotel é perfeito! Ficamos no quarto da área nova, o quarto é nota 10! Não tem ar condicionado, mas eles nos deram um ventilador que resolveu bem, pois visitamos no verão. A localização e café da manhã também excelentes. Atendimento ótimo.

Very disappointed with Bahia Redonda hotel. Despite being newly remodeled, the rooms and beds are mediocre at best and not comfortable. The rooms are not equipped with AC and are prone to getting hot with only small windows that provide poor ventilation. The hotel also lost clothing worth more than $120 USD while providing laundry service and we had to follow up more than 3 times asking them to look for it. In the end, they never found our missing cloths and offered no compensation or discount for loosing it. Frustrating experience and I recommend avoiding this hotel.

you go to El calafate - I would highly recommend not staying at Bahia Redonda Hotel. The photos will make it look luxury but it is in fact NOT LUXURY. It is a budget hotel with a new wing that has recently been added and is not completely done. We payed $300 a night for a room with two beds. In the room you will find no air conditioning and in the summer the rooms heat up from the sun and feels like a suana inside. There are tiny windows in the room but not much airflow. The rooms are very basic and ours had NO hand soap, hooks for towels in the bathroom, artwork on the walls, coffee/ tea or waste baskets in the room. There was a white dust coming out of the baseboards all over the room from the recent construction. Thankfully the front desk found a fan for us after many phone calls to reception, but it was still not a comfortable sleep. The cool outside night air just didn't flow to the inside of the room. My friend did her laundry and they somehow lost her jeans during the 1 day service and didn't offer to compensate for them. I honestly can't say anything good about our experience here. There are many great hotels in El Calafate - go book one of those!

Room was incredibly hot, impossible to keep cool because window was very small and no Ac. Very loud outside, hard to sleep at reasonable time. Some staff were very helpful and some were not. Breakfast was ok. My father’s room was quite old and not well appointed. My room was newer but still not that nice. No amenities. Elevator was completely broken even though new and seemed unsafe to ride. Had to carry luggage up and down stairs to third floor room. Do not recommend.

とても素敵なホテルでした。部屋の清潔感も申し分ありません。24時間レセプションに人がいて、真夜中に星空観測ツアーから戻った際も安心でしたし、みなさん親切でした。 設備面や管理面で気になったことがあります。新築の棟でしたが、カーテンが一部レールから取れていました。電気のスイッチパネルが付いていませんでした。また、強風で飛んでくるゴミが敷地内や生垣の下に溜まっていました。素敵な外観なのに残念に思います。4日間の滞在期間中に一度ゴミ拾いをしているのを見かけました。
