The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in at a hotel, the property was spotless. The customer service was great and staff very helpful. The pedestrian bridge to the terminal was the most convenient and best part. It was just a beautiful property that is convenient to the Ottawa airport. Highly reccomend the stay!

Excellent hotel with superb service by the frontline staff. They always met you with a smile and clearly enjoyed their work. The room was spotless while the hotel itself was easy walking distance from the airport terminal. Definitely recommend this hotel.

New hotel by Ottawa airport within walking distance to terminal. Very convenient for travellers. Bar and restaurant on premises. Would definitely stay again. A suggestion on checkin. You can drive through departures level to access the hotel lobby first, prior to paying for YOW parking.

Our stay was rudely interrupted by someone who brought a dog. That dog was barking in the room that it was staying in, until 1:30 AM. And no one tried to stop it. It made a huge impact on me and my family. We will probably not stay there again. Which is sad. Because it is a brand new hotel and we were really looking forward to it.

The fact that you have to pay for parking was not made apparent to me and I was NOT impressed. Then the woman that checked me in did NOT make me aware that they have a QR code allowing "in and out" privileges AND a 20% discount. She definitely needs coaching in Customer Service. There was a staff member named Medda I believe who was fantastic and the food was delicious.

This hotel was under construction and should not have been open to the public. The cleanliness of the rooms was next level dirty and should have been clean better. There were blood stains on the sheets.

Room was nice and clean, my issue was that we could not get doordash or Uber eats to deliver to this hotel, we arrived late and all that was available was some little snacks at front desk. If you are renting a vehicle don't bother staying at this hotel, it cost $26, if you leave comeback and leave in the evening for supper or shopping it will cost you another $26. Everytime you leave cost $26

Air conditioning in room didn’t work. Set at 20 when temp was 22. Woke middle of night and it was 23. Then at 8am the fire alarm went off

I arrived late, which they accommodated. Staff were very friendly. For a newer hotel I would say the cleanliness was below par, tho not dirty. But elevator did kind of smell like dirty socks. Checked in around 12:30am. Woken up by a text apologizing for a fire alarm (which never even went off) at 1:30am. Actual fire alarm went off at 5:30 am, resulting in an evacuation and having to wait outside until fire department arrived. There was no fire. Worken by another text at 8am asking how my stay was going. No joke. Went for breakfast at the restaurant around 10am and they had no gas to cook any food (something related to fire alarm). Was in town for 30 hours for a funeral, and attended hungry and tired. Flight the next morning was at 6am. Stayed at this hotel for convenience, it was anything but. Very expensive stay for about 8 hours of sleep over two nights and no food. Staff were kind but unsympathetic. I understand they didn’t intentionally set off the fire alarm, but come on. Unlikely I will ever stay here again.

Love the clean gym: 2 treadmills, 1 bike and 1 elliptical. Has DBs and a machine. New and clean facility. I love how close this is to the airport. Just a skip over.
