É triste como os lugares se queimam por falta de empatia. Estou gestante. Pedi gentilmente para estender a estadia uma hora a mais para que pudéssemos aproveitar o lindo dia. Me disseram que não era possível pois todos os quartos tinham entrada programada para às 14 hrs. Difícil acreditar em no último domingo das férias de julho. Nos deixaram permanecer nas facilidades do hotel mas tomando banho no vestiário. Até aí, ok…. Fomos então à piscina no começo da tarde. Praticamente vazia…. Mudamos as espreguiçadeiras de posição pois todas estavam com sol a pino e eu precisava de um pouco de sombra. O guarda-sol é fixo. Vieram dois funcionários mandar voltar a cadeira pois teoricamente estaria obstruindo a passagem e que era norma do hotel não mudar as espreguiçadeiras de lugar. Não havia nenhuma obstrução, até pq estava quase tudo vazio e ainda havia todo o outro lado. Hotel parece um quartel ou colônia de férias. Cheio de norma para tudo. Aliás, a tal norma nem consta das “orientações” conforme fotos anexas. Uma pena. Íamos almoçar no hotel antes de sair. Partimos e não pretendemos voltar.
